Welcome to Bipolar Christian. This site is a place of honesty, encouragement, and hope—born from my own journey navigating the highs and lows of life with bipolar disorder while holding on tightly to my faith in Jesus

For years, I wrestled with what it meant to be both a Christian and someone diagnosed with a mental health condition. I wondered if faith and bipolar could exist in the same body—if I could still be used by God even on my worst days. This space is part of the answer to that struggle.

“Faith doesn’t make the valleys disappear—but it gives us light to walk through them.”

I’m not a therapist. I’m not a pastor. I’m a real person who has seen both manic skies and shadowed valleys—and I’ve found Jesus walking with me in both.

This site is for you if:

  • You live with bipolar, depression, or any storm of the mind
  • You’ve ever wondered if faith is still possible on the bad days
  • You support someone going through a mental health battle
  • You want honest encouragement with a biblical foundation

Here you’ll find:

  • Devotions shaped in storm and stillness
  • Honest reflections on mental illness and identity
  • Hopeful reminders that you are not alone—and not disqualified from God’s love

I pray that what you find here gives you permission to breathe again, hope again, and walk forward—even if it’s slow and unsteady. Because even in the storm, God is steady. And that means there’s still a future worth walking toward.
