The Bipolar Christian

A true story of faith, mental health, and hope in the storm.

Why I’m Writing This Book

For years, I’ve lived with the reality of bipolar disorder—through its highs, its lows, and the in-between. I’ve also lived with the truth that God is present in every part of that journey.

This book didn’t start as a project—it started as survival. As journal entries. As whispered prayers. As moments of breakdown followed by glimpses of breakthrough. Over time, I began to realize that my story wasn’t meant to stay silent. Someone else out there might need it too.

Not Just a Memoir—A Companion for the Journey

The Bipolar Christian is a nonfiction reflection on walking through mental illness with faith—not despite it, and not with shame—but with honesty and grace. It’s for the Christian who feels isolated. The person who’s tired of pretending. The believer who needs to hear that God hasn’t let go.

This book is not a fix. It’s not a formula. It’s a flashlight—held out for anyone navigating the same valley.

Launch Timeline

I’m planning to release the book sometime in 2026, most likely through Amazon’s self-publishing platform. My hope is to offer both digital and printed formats—something easy to share with friends, churches, or anyone facing similar battles.

The Website is Part of the Mission

This site, BipolarChristian.life, is more than a companion project—it’s a community platform to:

  • Share devotionals
  • Post real reflections from the front lines
  • Offer support and light through honest faith

If you’ve made it to this page, thank you. You matter. Your story is not over. And I pray that this book—when it launches—will help light your way just a little more.
